How to Schedule a Standing on Common Ground Event

Lunch and LearnGiven the variances in programs and their respective timeframes and numbers of participants, every SOCG workshop is handled with an individual touch and crafted to meet the needs of your school or organization.

 

With the Peer Partnership Program and the PEAK Experience, the suggested lead time for booking and arranging your event is 2-3 months in advance of the date to effectively handle the logistics and contracts. With regard to the Transition Institutes, planning should begin in the spring for the beginning of the following school year in August or September if the client’s intention is to implement the program with fidelity.

 

 

 

 

  • Following the Program Implementation Cycle at right, clients should identify a designee to serve as liaison for the duration of the project who will contact SOCG directly.
  • Feel free to use the online School Profile to help you crystallize your area(s) of need and we will use the information to help determine with you the most appropriate program model for your group.
  • SOCG will assign a team member to serve as lead on your project and he/she will visit your school/organization to complete the site assessment and to facilitate the Project Implementation process.
  • SOCG staff will help designate from the Transformation Team and continue to follow the Program Implementation Cycle to completion.
